Coauthored mHAVOK, a multichannel, data-driven extension of the Hankel Alternative View of Koopman (HAVOK) algorithm. Preprint available.
Using the spectral properties of the Koopman operator, developed an operator-theoretic framework for reconstructing Hamiltonian parameters in open quantum systems. Preprint available.
Led an international team of students from USM (Chile) to study bound states of the Yukawa potential in quantum mechanics using Hamiltonian Monte Carlo algorithms.
Developed data-driven models using feature engineering and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to predict mechanical properties of alloy microstructures. Supervised by Dr. Juan A. Nolazco-Flores.
Attended the 2023 CIMAT–Penn State Calculus Workshop, an intensive program centered on solving real-analysis problems in collaborative international teams.
Industry–academic research project focused on forecasting renewable energy generation using advection–diffusion models and physics-informed neural networks (PINNs).
Researched state-of-the-art methods and algorithms in data science, producing articles and tutorials for The Learning Gate, an ITESM institutional platform offering online courses in data science.
Led a team of 10 peers in supporting nonprofit organizations to deliver well-managed, impactful community service projects. Recognized with the Social Merit Award for outstanding social responsibility and civic engagement.
Pursuing the ULEAD Diploma, an additional distinction to the professional degree recognizing high-achieving students who demonstrate change-making leadership and sustained commitment to social impact.
Developed ethical decision-making and teamwork abilities through active participation in a national leadership program, applying lessons from weekly workshops to my collaborative research.
Engaged with 20 peers and Topos FC (a nonprofit) by refurbishing two football fields and developing a philanthropic donation webpage to support visually impaired athletes.
